It is our priority to build a team that will always deliver; even in every day challenges that lie ahead. Safe & Clean Ltd has developed three stage, step by step training session that every employee must go through before signing up and starting their employment. This training includes all employees who are joining the company , existing employees and employees who are joining the company through TUPE.
Stage 1- Induction
In this stage the employees are welcomed within the company and introduced to the company regulations, procedures and obligations.
Stage 2 - Skills assessment
In this stage we need to identify each individual's personnel skills and strengths so we can match and offer the appropriate training.
Stage 3 - Ongoing Training
In this stage we will concentrate more on individual training, based on the daily tasks that need to be done. Some of the continuous training that will take place will include:
*Equipment handling training.
*Cleaning methods related to the premises during the cleaning process.
*Covid - 19 PPE handling and other materials.
*Awareness of COSHH, Health and Safety and First aid legislation.
Once the employee completes all three stages, then we sign them off and keep a record of the employee's training . The training will always be reviewed annually or as and when further training is required.
